Hello fello Vag/Acro/Merc/Mage/Assist. Welcome to the AoE Ranger build! AoE means Area of Effect, it hits all monsters around you. A good stat build is when you have alot of DEX but with alot of STA as well.
My AoE Ranger stat build is 60 STA and put DEX in there forever. STA is good for AoE's because it helps your HP while a big mob is attacking you! DEX helps your attack speed or ASPD. (Stops at 52% ASPD once you become level 60 it will become higher).
Essential level 15-60 Skills
Dark Illusion: Becomes invisible for a very short duration (4 seconds at level 1 and increases to 14 seconds at level 20)
Perfect Block: Increases blocking rate. Grants +1 block rate each level for a total of +20 block at level 20
Junk Arrow: Hits enemy four times using bow. This skill misses a lot until leveled to 20 wherein it only misses 30% of the time.
Bow Mastery: Increases bow damage by +1 ATK each level for a maximum of +20 ATK when maxed
Silent Shot: Backstabs using bow while in the state of Dark Illusion to inflict surprise damage
Aimed Shot: Aims arrow to the enemy for a chance to inflict double damage. 20% success at level 1 and 60% success at level 20
Automatic Shot: Inflicts darkness effect on target when successful. Success rate increases by 1% every two levels until level 19. It doubles to 20% success when maxed
Arrow Rain: Launches a bunch of arrows to the sky and lands on sorrounding targets below inflicting damage over time effect. Level 1-7 lasts 2 seconds, 7-14 lasts 4 seconds and 14+ lasts 6 seconds. Cooldown of 10 seconds
AoE Ranger Skills
Fire Arrow: The tip of your arrow ignites to flames, dealing fire property damage to your enemies. Has a 4-second cooldown
Ice Arrow: Enchants arrow with the ice property, slowing enemies that get hit. -2% MSPD each level with a success chance of 58% when maxed. Has a 3-second cooldown
A good stratigy for AoE Ranger is to swtich off skills.
EX. Use Fire Arrow then Ice arrow. That way while you're casting Ice arrow, Fire arrow is cooling down. By the time Ice arrow is done casting, Fire arrow is ready! That way you don't have to wait 3-4 seconds.
